Bluebonnets.... Take 1

Here are the first shots of my precious Kaytlin when we went to take some pictures with the bluebonnets today. My plan is to go back tomorrow because right when we found the best patches, she was not in a smiley mood anymore. So hopefully we will get lots more photos of the beautiful Texas Bluebonnets with our beautiful baby girl :-)

Update... I took K in for her 4 month apt. today ( yes she is 4.5 months old), and here are her stats!

She weighs, 14 pounds and 10.5 ounces (75 percentile)
She is 25 and 3/4 inches long ( 97 percentile)!!!!!!!!
and her head (I forgot... but it is just under the 75 percentile)...

The doctor was very impressed with her developmentally, and all of her "tricks" (rolling over, wanting to crawl, how well she holds her head up and tries to get up even when laying on her back, standing ability, etc.)... of course, we think she is a genius and the most beautiful thing we have ever seen.. but doesn't ever parent think that of their child :-)

As far as her strawberry hemangioma... all is still well and no big news there (for those that do not know... the pictures do show it, it is on the top right side of her head, so in her hair... apparently there is no medical reason that she has it.. and all or almost all are completely gone by the time children are 2... K's is in her hair so it is not too noticeable (the most common place is on the forehead) I am not concerned about it to be honest... I think I have the most fun when people say wow, she must had hit her head hard!) It is funny what people will ask or say to me!
